Fried chicken lab

Janie and Mackenzie putting the raw chicken into the grease to begin frying it. They breaded it then laid it carefully into the greased so they would not get burnt by the grease popping up and waited till it turned brown on each side. After, they stuck the thermometer into the middle of the chicken to make sure it got to 165 F. degrees. It turned out very well.
